The next time you visit our website, your location should automatically be your selected store.

You can purchase Red Apple gift cards at any of our stores across Canada. If you have a gift card and would like to check the balance, please go to our GIFT CARDS page where you can simply enter your gift card number and click "enter".

Every month, Red Apple and The Bargain! Shop host SENIOR’S DAY where customers of age 60 and over receive 15% off all fashion and footwear and 10% off other purchases. Check our website or in-store for the dates and don’t miss the savings for our valued Senior Customers.

We receive numerous requests and have a process in place to ensure they are reviewed and assessed fairly. Please speak to the Store Manager at your location or submit your request to us at info@redapplestores.com

Red Apple’s TOGETHER WE CARE is our charitable program where we work hand in hand to give back to local communities from coast to coast. We are in the process of rolling the program out, working with each community to select the local charity of their choice.

We send our coupons to you via email in what we hope is a print friendly format. At the store, we accept printed coupons, and are also able to scan the coupon directly from your mobile device at POS check-out. Either way, we will get you the promotion or offer you are looking for.

Please visit the store of purchase to process a refund. We will gladly exchange or refund items* returned with a receipt within 60 days of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, we will be happy to offer an exchange for merchandise* of the same current value.

1. Refund or Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange or refund items* returned with a receipt within 60 days of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, we will be happy to offer an exchange for merchandise* of the same current value.

2. Advertised Products

We guarantee that if you see an item advertised, without any quantity limits, we’ll have it in stock in sufficient quantities to meet anticipated demand. If, due to extraordinary circumstances, we do not have it in stock, we will either offer you a similar item at the same price or, where applicable, a rain-check which will allow you to purchase up to three units at the sale price, as soon as it becomes available.

3. Product Limits

In order to meet demand for as many Customers as possible, we reserve the right to limit quantities.

5. Coupon Policy

We accept both Red Apple Stores Inc. coupons, as well as Manufacturers’ coupons, subject to:

The following requirements and limits are applicable:

  • Coupon must be presented at the time of purchase.
  • The coupon must be an exact match to the item purchased (size, quantity, brand, style, etc.).
  • Only one acceptable coupon may be presented for each purchased item within a transaction.
  • Only Canadian coupons are accepted. There must be a valid Canadian remit address for the manufacturer with either a scanable bar code or a readable numeric code.
  • All coupons, including online coupons, must be legible.
  • Only one introductory Red Apple Stores Inc. Welcome Email coupon is permitted per Customer.
  • Use of 10 or more coupons per transaction will require approval by the Store Manager.
  • Coupons are not redeemable for cash. If coupon value exceeds the current price of the item, the excess amount will not be applied toward the basket purchase nor will cash be given to the Customer.
